Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for Enrolling at the Aviation and Aerospace Skill Development Council (AASDC).
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any Course/Module that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Aviation and Aerospace Skill Development Council, D-448, RAMPHAL CHOWK, DWARKA SECTOR-7 NEW DELHI- 110075.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service/ Course/Module.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Aviation and Aerospace Skill Development Council, accessible from www.aasdc.in
You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days giving reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling a Course/Module is 2 days from the date on which You received the Course/Module details or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the Course/Module purchased.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 45 days from the day on which the request is made. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Course/Module to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
The Course/Module was purchased in the last 2 days (Only for LTTP i.e., Duration more than 90 Days)
No refund will be initiated for the Certificate Course.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Course/Module that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only the Long-term training Program LTTP Course/Module may be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law

You are responsible for the cost of returning the Course/Module. You should visit the training Academy for more details: -
