What We Do & Our Aim
The vision of the Aviation and Aerospace Skill Development Council is to bridge the gap between the demand and supply of skilled manpower in the sector in segments like Airline Operations, GHA, and Airports.
The vision will be achieved through the preparation of an occupational map, formulation of setting up skill delivery mechanisms through affiliated training providers, and creation of accreditation bodies leading to certification of fresh trainees and retraining, in order to ensure horizontal and vertical mobility of skilled manpower into the aerospace and aviation sector in India.
AASDC Aims to train More than 10,000 students in the next 5 years due to a lack of skilled manpower Aviation Industry. Taking the mission to move ahead AASDC has combined hands with Industry Experts & Aviation professionals to meet the target and train young professionals. AASDC has kept a target to train more than 1,000 student volunteers in the first year of the training program itself.
