Course Overview

The Command Upgrade Examination (Airbus) is designed for experienced First Officers preparing to transition into the role of Captain (Pilot-in-Command) on Airbus aircraft. This program focuses on developing the technical knowledge, operational decision-making, leadership, and command competencies required to successfully clear command upgrade assessments and operate safely in accordance with airline and regulatory standards.

The course covers Airbus aircraft systems, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), advanced flight planning, abnormal and emergency procedures, Crew Resource Management (CRM), threat and error management, command decision-making, and examination-oriented preparation. Participants gain the confidence and knowledge required to excel in airline command upgrade evaluations.

Certification
